Chukotka is the farthest north-eastern region of Russia. It is also one of the coldest regions. During the winter months temperatures can be as low as -47F to -76F. If you ask me, that's pretty cold. To learn more about this mysterious region of the world click here.

This post begins this week's theme centered on Chukotka. Each day of this week a new picture will be posted from Chukotka. Come back and enjoy the sites of Chukotka.
